When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link to follow its journey. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier, and any delivery dates provided are estimates only.

Our products are made with care in Turkey.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the order:
1-2 Skeins: £3.99
3-14 Skeins: £6.99
15-28 Skeins: £10.99
28+ Skeins: Free Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to customers in the United Kingdom and European Union countries only.
Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees?
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover or reimburse any customs related fees.
